Matlin Law Group, P.C. employs ClientPay to process online credit card payments against invoices and retainer agreements. Clients may use this online payment portal to pay invoices from our firm and to replenish retainer accounts pursuant to fee agreements. ClientPay specializes in secure bill payment options for law firms. By submitting a payment through our online credit card payment system, you agree to the privacy policy below.
We know that your time is valuable and hope you will find this service to be easy and efficient. If you prefer, you may also contact our billing department to provide a credit card over the phone.
Existing Clients: Pay Invoice
Existing clients can pay invoices online using the button below. Payment will be applied to the balance due on an invoice you have received.
If you would like to make an additional payment (a retainer/trust deposit), of more than the current invoice balance due, please use the retainer/trust deposit link in the column on the right.

Retainer/Trust Deposits
Existing clients can use this online payment portal to replenish retainer and trust accounts as directed by their attorney. Use the button below to make a retainer/trust payment to your trust account.
New clients may also make initial retainer/trust deposit payments using the button below, upon direction of your attorney and only after receipt/execution of an Agreement for Retainer of Legal Services.

The submission of a retainer/trust deposit to our trust account absent execution of an Agreement for Retainer of Legal Services with Matlin Law Group, P.C. does not create an attorney-client relationship. The attorney-client relationship is only created upon the execution of an Agreement for Retainer of Legal Services, signed by an authorized attorney at the firm.

- Beware of Wire Fraud. Matlin Law Group, P.C. never requests payments from clients using wire transfers. It is important that you never trust wiring instructions sent via email. Cyber criminals are hacking email accounts and sending emails with fake wiring instructions. These emails are convincing and sophisticated. Always independently confirm wiring instructions in person or via a telephone call to a trusted and verified phone number. Never wire money without double-checking that the wiring instructions are legitimate
